Outdoor fitness bootcamps.
We love being outdoors! There is something special about training outdoors, in the fresh air, surrounded by the sounds of nature and beautiful sunsets. Our outdoor fitness bootcamps are suitable for everyone. We design them to be fun but also challenge you whatever level of fitness you are at. We have people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels that come and join us, we even let children come along for free. We also focus on the feel good side and understand how exercise can help mental health and we are recommended by doctors to join us to help with depression and anxiety.
What happens at a Trailblazer bootcamp?
You will be greeted and welcomed with a big smile.
We always start each session with a good warm up and stretch which is aimed at getting your body ready as we gradually increase your heart rate. Then each season is different. We have our own bespoke workout formats which have proven results of sustainable weight loss with people losing over 5 stone in just one year. We mix it up with boxing, body weight exercises, high intensity interval training, abs and core work, team games, running and lots of fun. Our workouts are designed to be suitable for everyone with easy and hard ways to complete each session and every exercise has modified ways of doing them to make sure that everyone gets the most out of every session.

Fitness is so important to how you feel, but it’s also so important to take part in exercise you enjoy. A recent study looked at why more than half of gym-goers drop out in the first 6 months and found that enjoying your workout is the best motivation to sticking with it.
Our fitness classes are designed to be FUN. There is always banter, joking, laughing, sometimes games, sometimes races. We know people will come if they enjoy it and they won’t if they don’t. We really do have the best atmosphere and positive energy at our bootcamps. There is no better buzz than finishing an awesome Trailblazer session with the endorphins rushing around in your brain.
Remember, you don’t stop playing because you get old, you get old because you stop playing.
