Achieving Weight Loss Goals: Olivia didn’t go by the scales
What I love about Olivia’s story is that she hasn’t actually lost much body weight at all. However you can see what an amazing transformation she has gone through. In 9 months her weight hasn’t changed much but her body composition has changed dramatically. She has lost body fat while building lean muscle and lost inches around her figure while her weight stayed the same.
This is a perfect example of not just going by what the scales say. There are so many other factors that go on while you change shape. Take measurements, use fat callipers and trust in the journey that if you are eating correctly and exercising then you will reach your weight loss goals. Well done Olivia!!
