Achieving Weight Loss Goals: Natalie lost 3 stone
Natalie only started Trailblazer Fitness this year and she has already reached her personal weight loss goal and lost over 3 stone.
Here is Natalie’s weight loss story in her own words:
“Joining Trailblazer bootcamps almost a year ago was one of the best things I’ve ever done. The sessions are tough but so much fun – we have a laugh and we get results. The bootcamp workouts kickstarted me into making a much-needed change to my diet and doing more exercise, and soon I was taking part in the Thai pad boxing classes too, which I love. The momentum continued and in 2016 I lost over 3 stones in weight. Now I look and feel fitter, healthier and more confident than ever before, and much of that is down to being a Trailblazer. Everyone is so friendly and supportive – I made new friends and now it’s like having a second family. To anyone thinking of joining us, just put on your big girl (or boy!) pants and do it! And this time next year you could be telling a similar story.”
