Achieving Weight Loss Goals: Kirsty changed her life
The photo on the left is Kirsty at her works Christmas do last year and the photo on the right was taken last night at her Christmas do this year! What a difference a year can make especially when you join Trailblazer Fitness!
Kirsty joined us in April and she hasn’t looked back! She is one of the most consistent Trailblazers out there, she comes to 3-5 sessions every week in the rain, the cold, the wind… she turns up with no excuses and that is what has got her the results that she wanted. It is not just about how she is looking though, she said that she is feeling better than ever both physically and mentally. I can not praise her enough for her consistent hard work, her dedication and the fun and banter she brings with her. She is now on the long list of other Trailblazers that have reached their goals for this year and all of them are the ones that have been the most consistent.
Kirstys story in her own words:
I heard about Sunday steps almost a year ago when my daughter asked me to take her, we went together and we loved it but that’s when I found out about Trailblazer Bootcamps. With severe depression and anxiety I found it difficult to make that step, I felt overweight and had never done exercise before. I thought I would show myself up and felt self conscious and embarrassed.
Taking that step was the best thing I’ve ever done! I met so many wonderful people that support and encourage you.
The workouts are hard but I left feeling amazing and wanting to do more as every bootcamp has different formats it’s not the same thing each week and every time I felt fitter and happier by the day! Almost a year later I’m 3 stone lighter 4 dress sizes down but most important… I am no longer on tablets for depression or anxiety… I can honestly say it changed my life! X
