Achieving Weight Loss Goals: Charlotte lost 4 stone in 9 months
Charlotte has now lost 4 stone in weight. That’s 25kg or 55lbs! And all this is just in 9 months!
She plucked up the courage and started to come to Trailblazer Fitness bootcamps on her own in March and started personal training with me in June. She suffers with polycystic ovarian syndrome which means it is harder for her to lose weight than the average person but this hasn’t stopped her.
She has been the most consistent and hard working client I have had this year and the results have shown. It hasn’t been easy, there has been weeks when her weight wasn’t going down but she carried on knowing that the bigger picture would be worth it. We have had to try a few things with her diet but we found the right things that work for her. She has had to be super strict. But this is what you need to be if you want to see results.
We took the photo below when she hit the 3 stone mark just to show her how much weight she has actually lost and to give her the motivation to keep going.
I am so proud and happy for her, she trains hard, she comes to the Bramley Bootcamp on Mondays, has a PT with me on Wednesdays and comes to the ladies only boxing class on Saturday mornings. To keep a track of her weight and measurements and to see them going down each week on paper is awesome but to see this before and after photo is just amazing!!! The main word that I would like to use for results like this is “consistency” you cannot train and eat well for one week and then have weeks off and expect to see results. You cannot let the weather put you off. You have got to live the lifestyle to get fit and healthy. You have got to get rid of ALL excuses and that whats Charlotte has done… she has been to every bootcamp, in the rain, the wind, the cold, the snow and now look at her. And not one stupid weight loss shake or pill has been involved!!!! We set this 4 stone target a few month ago as she goes on holiday tomorrow and we did it!!!!! Well done Charlotte… you are a little super star… now go an enjoy your well deserved holiday.
