Trailblazer Fitness is all about how you feel, not how you look. You can still be overweight and be fit. This is why we started the love life brand to try and get away of the stereotypical image of the half naked girl holding a protein shake.
That is not what fitness is about. Fitness is about feeling good both physically and most of all mentally. To feel full of energy, to have a spring in your step, to be able to run around and play with your children. To live life how you should be living it and loving it.
Love what you do (exercise-wise)
Fitness is so important to how you feel, but it’s also so important to take part in exercise you enjoy. A recent study looked at why more than half of gym-goers drop out in the first 6 months and found that enjoying your workout is the best motivation to sticking with it.
Our fitness classes are designed to be FUN. There is always banter, joking, laughing, sometimes games, sometimes races. We know people will come if they enjoy it and they won’t if they don’t. We really do have the best atmosphere and postive energy at our bootcamps. There is no better buzz than finishing an awesome Trailblazer session with the endorphins rushing around in your brain.
Remember, you don’t stop playing because you get old, you get old because you stop playing.
